Guys I found a solution that worked for me. I was suggested to try different browsers, that did not work for me on my phone or my laptop, so I decided to put my chrome browser on my laptop in incognito, and now I am finally suscribed to spotify premium at a rate of $4.99 + tax per month! Try putting your browsers in incognito when proccessing the the payment and let me know if it works!
