Transfer playlists to a new account from another that used to use facebook and was suspended

I no longer have access to my facebook account . I create a new on spotify , but I want my old playlist

I sent a request , but it was never answered. I heard that this was a problem that you could solve manually. Help?

did you get an automated reply to your email when you sent the request?

You should answer to it, even though it's a  "no-reply" email.

How did you send this request?

Was through the online contact form?

yes, but I did not find my problem in the options. So, I use (Subscription - > other) , to send my application.

At the end , I was informed that an answer would come to my email , but this never happened.

when you access the contact form, go to:

account - facebook created account - i want to use spotify without facebook - 

then you click where indicated on the image attached and go on.

I have the same issue except that I have a new account that isn't connected to Facebook. Any advice?
