Tried cancelling premium trial, now getting removed from premium early?

Hi everyone!

I just contacted Spotify with this question, but I'm worried I may not get a response.

Anyway, I just bought the 3 month trial for $0.99, expecting I will be recieving the full 3 months, as that's what I payed for afterall. However, upon reviewing my account I saw I was going to be billed the next day for $9.99 (5/13/2015). I was planning on cancelling my subscription quickly anyway, but that really scared me, as I'm a high school student with not a whole lot of money to be paying for premium. So, I went ahead and cancelled my subscription, only to be told my premium membership would be terminated 5/13/2015. What happened? Is this a mistake on my part or Spotify's? I thought I payed for three months, not one day.

Thanks!

Louise

You probably got a reply by now, but if not

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
