Unable to buy a gift card !!!!

I am somehow unable to buy a gift card (3 months). Please help me.

Where are you stuck? Do you get any error? What is your payment method and how do you want to get the card (email/print)?

Please make sure that you can't send gift cards to a different country than yours.

I'm stuck in the first step. No error message, just "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our testing help area" when I click on Continue

Payment method is Visa but once again I'm just stuck in the first page. 

I'm buying a gift card in France only (French Visa and French recipient).

Hmm.. odd. Unfortunately I don't know if there's a current server problem or something like this, but I'd suggest reaching out to the official support team by using this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/. They can tell you what's going on and what you can do, maybe even do the whole purchase process for you.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
