Unable to change country

Hi.

I moved from Malaysia to Italy (my country). Since I'm back, I cannot access my account.

In the first image, Spotify states "the country doesn't correspond to the one set on your profile. To use Spotify, update your profile or upgrade your Spotify account".

I never had a premium account, and I have no intention to do that now.

Since I'm registed with Fb, I've changed the setting on my FB account. Nothing happened.

I've tried several times to change my Spotify country and post code settings, but, as you can see in the second image, MY is still the country and post code is empty. I cannot click on them.

When I click on profile, country and post code magically disappeare.

Right now I have no idea what to do, since it is 2 weeks that I cannot access spotify and I cannot solve the situation.
