Unable to change post code

Hi,

I'm unable to change the post code within my account settings.

I believe I created my account using Facebook but I'm also able to login in a username and a password.

I'd like to be able to change the post code as it's incorrect and does not seem to update to what I have set in Facebook.

No there's no field for changing the post code when I sign in using username
and password or when using the Facebook login.

Hey again @chrislamnz,

Could you try to see if the same thing happens if you clean out the cache/cookies memory in your browser or open an incognito window?

You should check another broswer or another device if it persists...

I tried in an incognito Chrome window and also a Firefox private window, both
using username and password to login.

Both times there was no field to edit the post code.

If you have a ad-blocker installed, please disable it and then refresh the Spotify Tab, and then re-try to edit your post code. Also make sure your browser has cookies enabled. Also you can try to edit your post code with your mobile phone.

It seems that since you have a Facebook created account, you should be able to change your info through Facebook setings.

That doesn't seem to work either, I tried before posting here and also again now but Spotify doesn't reflect what I have set as my post code in Facebook.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. This is no longer a problem. I noticed that it had to do with my account being linked to my Facebook profile, so I just had to change my hometown on Facebook.

I seem to have the same problem. I have moved to another town and changed the postcode. Unfortunately, Spotify is not giving me an option to change the postcode. Just like you I log into Spotify using Facebook. I have changed my "Current City" on facebook but still to no avail. I have tried all the other ideas offered in this thread and still can't change my `spotify postcode. This is highly annoying as I have been Premium User for ages and now I want to upgrade to Family Premium. However, as long as Spotify has my old postcode attached to my account I am not able to do it. Can anyone help? Thanks.
