Unable to change subcription details - Unexpected error

Good afternoon, 

My old credit card has expired. My Spotify subscription was configured to charge this card. 

Whenever I try to update the subscription details through the link at https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/subscription/ i reach the following page https://www.spotify.com/uk/payment/change/ displaying only the following:

Oh no!
Something has gone horribly wrong! But don't be sad.
You can try again a little bit later.

It's been two days already, and the result is almost always the same. 

The rare occasions on which I don't get that message, a 502 error takes its place:

502 Bad Gateway

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
