Unauthorized charge

Unauthorized charge

I have a charge on my credit card from Spotify for $9.99.  I have never heard of Spotify until I saw this charge.  How can I contact someone to resolve this?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I would also suggest you notify your bank and/or card issuers fraud teams.

I do not have an account with Spotify. There's an unauthorized charge to my NFCU Master Card on 04/03/2018 with transaction date of 04/02/2018 with Spotify USA New York NY to my Card ending in: 7721, Name: FREDDIE O LEWIS, and amount charged: $9.99. Effective immediately, I demand you close any account of mind ending 7721.

 

So, I am asking them to cancel any account that have my credit card associated with them.
