Unsubscribed because no money, resubscribtion not working anymore

Hello,

I recently went from premium to free because I had no money (because I'm a student) on my PayPal.

I transfered money from my bank to my PayPal to re-subscribe again but this failed. This probably to paypal asking me premission to ask my bank to send money to them, or some other reason?

From the following picture you can see that I've been able to Unsubscribe and resubscribe without any problems (22/1 - 09/03 (2 months))

I hope this can be solved or I would suggest to spotify (if they read this) to add the possiblity to pay for one month only instead of every other month.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Wanjia. Unfortunately it's been sometime since I used PayPal so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but if you're unable to transfer funds from your bank to PayPal this will be an issue that you'll need to take up with them. As for your idea, you can see if it's already been suggested, and if not, post it here for consideration and potential implementation. Please let me know if you have any other questions or I missed some part of your question. Cheers!

Not it's not that, I can transfer fund perfectly between bank and PayPal but I'm unable to pay spotify with PayPal for unknown reasons.

Are you getting a particular error message, or is the transaction simply not going through?

This is what is shown.

Hmm, ok. If you are experiencing trouble completing your transaction then there are a few things that may resolve the issue. The simplest solution would be attempting to complete the transaction in an incognito (private browsing) window, or alternatively, you can attempt to clear your cache. If that does not resolve the issue, then if one is available to you, an alternative form of payment, such as PayPal, should work.

If none of these options resolve the issue for whatever reason, then you will want to reach out to Support. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.

In regards to the contact form, upon filling it out you should receive a confirmation email, usually a generic message containing the information you provided and instructions to visit these forums. If after 24 hours you do not hear back from a support team member, please reply directly back to the confirmation email, even if it originates from a no-reply address. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it is not present there, please attempt using one of the other contact methods, or, if you are unable to use the alternatives, please let me know.
