Unsubscribed but Spotify still charged me

Unsubscribed but Spotify still charged me

 

Went through the whole process page and it informed me of when my service will revert to the free version and that everything had been done.. but I didn't receive any confirmation email upon doing this.  Now it seems that my unsubscribing didn't register and I was charged for another months worth of premium, which i don't need/use anymore.
