Which account belongs to the payment on my Kreditcard

Hei,

i made a spotify account in October ast Year and i made the free test-ubgrade with my Kreditcard.

Now the Problem

I saw it on my Kreditcard that it isn't free anymore because there is -9,99€.

I forgott the email from this account so i can't use or cancell it.

Please help me

Oh dear, I'm really sorry to hear about this..

It is probably best to contact your bank and stop your direct debit to Spotify. It would also be a good idea to contract Spotify Support: https://support.spotify.com/uk/contact-spotify-anonymous/  about this as well.

Reply to their "no-reply" email for a faster response.

Please let me know what happens.
