I've had this prenumeration on Spotify Premium, for one year. Or, it's like I ordered it in February, and it should be working automaticly until February -14, but now it doesn't work. It's acting like I have normal spotify...

In that case you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to check out your account and see what has gone on. Unfortunately, its not something we can really look into here on the community.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
