I followed the instructions to change my payment details as I have a new credit card.  It directs me to a subscribe button which does not work. How can I change my details and renew my subscribtion or how can I talk (phone) someone about this.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
