my horrible friend uses my credit card and i can not cancel it for months. PLS HELP

More than a year ago i gave my credit card number to my flatmate so she could go premium. 

She has been using it for months and she does not even respond to me. The expiry and CVC of my card has changed but spotify still gets money from my card. Please can someone help me from the company? I can give more info if needed. How can they get money from my card when the CVC changes and how can i stop paying for her? My bank obviosuly cant help 😞
