overcharged for something I don't have

I tried to sign up for the college student discounted premium package, but it said that my card must be having a bad day and to try a different form of payment. I tried again, but was given the same message. When I went to the bank I was told that I was charged for Spotify premium twice, but I don't have access to any of the premium functions so I don't know what to do

To get a refund, I'd suggest you contact support so they can help you.
