Hiya.

My mum is having troubles with her Spotify account. She has gone to premium a few weeks ago but the last few days it keeps saying she needs to upgrade to premium but she already has. Please help! Thanks.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

1) Has she checked your Subscriptions page to make sure she is still premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure she's logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
