some local music not syncing on ipod touch

some local music not syncing on ipod touch

I use a premium spotify account on my ipod touch 5g. It initially lets me upload local music onto my ipod until some of the songs gray out and become labeled unsynced. For example, I'll upload a whole album to a playlist to my ipod, play it for a day or two, and eventually SOME of the songs will gray out and say they aren't synced. Redownloading and resyncing on my laptop app and then my ipod app dosen't help. The green arrow by the song will be on, but the song will still be grayed out.

I noticed on the website that the ipod touch is omiited from the list of players that accepts local music. But it list the iphone and ipad. Is the ipod touch app not meant to have local music? I bought a touch speciically for all my music to be mobile.

Help please.

Local files should work for iPod touch too.

Which version of the desktop app are you using?

Reinstall the Spotify app on your iPod and then go to this help guide and click on the iPhone tab for directions:
