Going through the forum I've seen some others having the same problem (so I'm crossing my fingers my problem can be solved too) - I just discovered I lost almost all my starred songs, except from those added 2012. Is there any way to get them back? It would certainly be much appreciated!
edit: just noticed the "common question - lost playlist" thread. The suggested procedure did not work, and I have sent an email to support.

This just popped up for me, my spotify web player isnt loading my starred playlist and my other playlists disappear after a while. what's going on?
Could be down to the server issues everyone is experiencing. Keep an eye on this thread for news.
Opened spotify this morning. It asked me to sign in, now ALLl my starred tracks are gone, and I cant drag and drop into play queue!!

The programme isnt working as it should!! it wont let me play more than one song!!!

Do you have an email receipt for any of your subscription purchases? In it, it shows your Spotify username

Logout, and be sure to use it to login to your account.
