All offline music has been removed

A week ago all my offline albums/songs had disappeared from the device. I could still see the arrow icon, which indicates that the song is in offline mode, I guess, but it is gray and if I want to play an album i need to download it again. It is really annoying. It's Happened before, not once, not twice.

That sounds not good.

I suggest you to do an reinstallation this may solve the issue.

Here's a tutorial for a clean reinstallation.

You won't lose anything you just need to sync the offline tracks again. ^^

I've reinstalled the application, and Spotify client started to downloading all 754 songs.

Hopefully it's fixed once all downloaded. If you still have issues can you try a different SD card as issues with offline tracks being removed is quite often tied to a corruption on the SD card.
