I know I'm not the first with this problem but every solution that helped the other people didn't worked for me.
My Device: Moto G 2nd Generation, Spotify Version 1.7.0.830
I tried to sync some local files but it didn't work.
Now some would say: "Maybe you're smartphone and your PC are not in the same network." They are. I can control the music played on my PC with my smartphone.
I tried to restart my PC/ Router/ Smartphone. Uninstalled Spotify on both devices and did a clean install. None of that worked.
Please help me!

Hi there, do you see your phone on the left-hand side of the desktop app?
Sync uses a different protocol to the Connect functionality, this can sometimes get blocked by the Windows firewall. Please ensure you allow incoming/outgoing connections to the Spotify desktop app in Windows Firewall (as well as any others you may have installed).

You're right. I can't see it. I'll try it.
Phone is also connected via USB.
Firewall is no problem.
Still dosen't work.
