Can't download offline songs on my new Android

Can't download offline songs on my new Android

Hello!

 

This is my 4th phone with spotify premium, when I want to download my playlist to listen offline, a message appears saying that I can only have 3 devices with offline music, but i've already removed my old devices on spotify brazil website.

 

I don't know how to fix this, can you guys help?

Try logging out on your current device. Check the are no offline devices on your account page on the website and also sign out of all devices.

Now log back in on your phone and hopefully you should be good to go

I did this and didn't work 😞 After I log out my phone and all devices on the website, i tried to download again and once finished, the error message appears again. It's a bug because I don't have nothing on other devices, like I said, I removed everything...

Can you try deleting the cache on your phone (Open Spotify, select settings and at the bottom delete cache). Once done, log back in again and see if it works.

Still not working my offline songs, I really think its a bug in my account because I've already tried everything, including delete the app
