I am not able to play music that is on my computer and in my spotify playlists on my mobile phone. Why the heck am i paying 10 dollars if the program wont actually play my songs when i want it to?

I am not sure what you mean. What type of phone do you have?
You should be able to download and use the Spotify app on your phone (available from google play or m.spotify.com) and log in using the same details as you use on the desktop (requires premium). Your playlists should be there waiting for you. If you have any local tracks which are stored in your computer you wish to transfer, you can do that by following the instructions here.

As an add on to this issue, why not allow synching of MP3s via a WIRED network. Wire only wireless. This is a real pain. How can I synch my MP3s if I don't have wifii network??
