MOTO E SAVE OFFLINE PLAYLIST' S on SD Card is not working

Hi  I just bought a brand new MOTO E and put Spotify on it.

The Problem is that my offline playlsit are saved on my internal storage. Not on the brand new 32 GB micro sd card  (which works!)

I tried a lot of solutions from the forum here.

empty cache

redownload

delet intern files

i even set back my device on factory settings

I hope somebody can help me.

Model: Moto E (2.gen) with 4G LTE

android Version: 5.0.2

and other quest besides. when i empty the cache   in the option menu the space is still in use, even when i restart the device ( i find that a little bit strange)

As far as i know android doesn't allow apps to save to the SD Card as a Safety feature in some versions, maybee this could be the problem you are facing.
Did you allready tried simuliar funktions with other apps?

nope didn't tried that.

But i can push other apps to the sd card.

This is an direct android feature so it isn't harmed from this safety feature;)

I have searched a bit maybe this thread helps:
https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Android/Music-not-saving-to-SD-Card-Galaxy-S5-latest-version-o...

Maybee test an other app wich saves files to SD card as a feature, the only app i can remember having this ability is Nokia Here, a navigation app. If storage isnt choosable there android forbids SD card saving for apps and as far as i know then the only thing that helps is rooting...
