Premium account works on one device but not the other

Premium account works on one device but not the other

So. I have a premium account that was connected to my laptop and my phone. My phone broke and I had to replace it. I downloaded Spotify and put my account in, and I was placed under Spotify free. So I checked the forums and logged in and out and checked my account to make sure it was the same. So I reinstalled and tried a few times to no avail. It's strange because I've had this account for a whIle and haven't had any issues. My account works fine on my laptop but not on this new phone. Any ideas?
