Superuser Contribution Android: Spotify Alarm Silent w/Smart Shuffle On

When using a Spotify playlist as an alarm using Google Clock app, the alarm is silent if Smart Shuffle is turned on for that playlist. If Smart Shuffle is turned off, the alarm plays at the set alarm volume.
