my spotify isn't showing lyrics on my phone.

So I opened spotify and it doesn't show any lyrics. All songs has no lyrics, but on laptop there is. Back then I can still see the lyrics on the spotify android.

Superuser Contribution I can't turn off shuffle feature. Cleared caches, toggled icon to grey.

Cleared caches in phone and app, turned shuffle icon to grey, turned icon on and off, deleted app and re-installed.

I've tried to enable normalizing the music volume, but it still persists when I minimize the app or lock my phone screen. It starts occurring a few weeks ago. My application is the latest version.
