Spotify crashes

Everytime i play a song on spotify it will play than as soon as i switch the song it stop responding,  i close it, i pull up task manager and it is the number one resource hog and wont let me end task it, and if i click on icon it will say either it is already running but not respondin please close it and start again or unable to initialize the starage of temporary files my computer is works perfect and spotify worked perfect until about 3 or 4 weeks ago nothings changed just spotify dosnt work fix this

What operating system are you using? 

Have you tried a clean reinstallation of the client?

my spotify dont work,,, it says that i need my password for payments,,, witch password is it??? HELP ME
