Add the "devices" section back

Using OS X and Android. I want to sync all my playlists to my mobile device, not just select them one by one because I always forget to do that. It was possible to select this option in the "devices" section before, but now that's gone. I can let my phone keep downloading them all, unless I accidentally uncheck the "available offline" option on a playlist, then I have to set it again, but the only way to do that is by using an old version, which is just stupid.
