Upon launching Spotify this morning, it went straight to Offline and I cannot even play my marked for offline tracks?
Re-launching the app has the same effect, just tried the same on my Android and that will not go into online but will play the marked as offline tracks.
Is this the same problem that occurred a week or so ago?

We are very sorry indeed for the inconvenience caused.
The problem is at our end. There is nothing that can be done on your own Spotify installation that will have any effect at the moment.

You guys haven't changed your facebook password as of lately?
I was stuck as well in Offline mode for a few (annoying) hours until I realized that I've changed my facebook pw recently (due to purchasing 1Password). So logging out and in helped me (this time).

The same thing here. Apparently Spotify is in offline mode but if you go to the menu, the offline mode is not turn on. Anyway, obviously it is in offline mode. I cannot listen to online songs or playlists. It is working on my Android but the aplication is not working on my laptop.
I do not have a firewall and I already re-installed Spotify a few times, following Spotify website instrucctions, but none of this is working. I am a Spotify Premium member and I cannot listen to anything but offline playlists... Please, anyone can help me (all of us experimenting this problem)?

I'm having the same issue. I've restarted Spotify several times and rebooted my laptop but no change.
I even went as far as changing my password online as suggested in one of the previous forums. I can log in to the Spotify app using my old password but in offline mode. Using my new password it won't log in at all.

I've still got problems with mine being stuck in offline mode. I have upgraded/installed the newest version of it logged out and bck in rebooted my mac etc. short of uninstalling it and re-installing it, which I'd prefer not to have to do, I can't listen to anything other then my own libary - which I have iTunes for. Any advice?
