I'm having a problem logging into my other (main) account; my payment processor accidentally rejected a recent payment to Spotify as a paycheck took longer to clear than it should have, and consequently I got an email saying my account was disabled. As a result I can't even log on to make the payment again; can someone please look into this for me? I'd like to be able to at least log onto a free account (via FB) and then pay for premium again.
