Favorites list is empty, but keeps saying it contains 8 numbers in total 40 minutes with a picture of kelly clarkson

how do I fix this?

Hey there.

Many thanks for your question.

It is weird, actually!

But reason you see that, is tracks ara unavailable on Spotify, and hidden out. That's a reason why you see only cover and amount of songs. To see these, go to Preferences and remove option "Hide unplayable tracks".

Try logging out of the app, and then log back in.
