ERROR IN A SONG I UPLOADED TO SPOTIFY

Good morning. When I get to Spotify and check out my song, it is assigned to another artist that is not myself. The song is called 'Tu Secreto' and it is on an artist page that has the same name as mine. 

One solution would be creating a new artist profile with my name 'Jose Luciano' and moving 'Tu Secreto' (the song) to the just created artist profile.

  I hope this gets solved soon, as I am having serious problems with that.
