Same playlist is different on other devices

I have the spotify app on my android phone, my computer and my ps4. I made a playlist and I added some songs later on my phone. Now I have a playlist on my computer which has 88 songs, but when i open it on my phone it has 85 songs and the same playlist on my ps4 has only 83 songs. Whenever i add songs on one device, spotify doesn't update the playlist on other devices. I have checked all the settings on all devices, I have logged out and back in on all devices and restarted the spotify app, but nothing has worked so far.
