Spotify Premium and mobile: how many devices can i have for my Spotify Premium account ?

I had Spotify Unlimited and just upgraded to Spotify Premium.

I have a laptop, a mobile device and a tablet.

Can I download and access my Spotify Premium from both my mobile device and my tablet (it is already on my laptop) OR is there a device count minimum (i.e. 1 laptop and 1 mobile device OR tablet)?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

You can sign in and use your Premium account on as many devices as you please although you can only have 1 active streaming session at any time as with free accounts. 

However, you may only use 3 devices to store offline playlists at any given time with a maximum of 3,333 tracks synced for offline usage per device.
