Accidentally hit Thumbs Down button

Solved!

Accidentally hit Thumbs Down button

I accidentlally hit the thumbs down button on the Spotify Radio and was wondering if there was a way to view the list of songs/artitst that have been given the thumbs down or up; this is an artist I hope to find more music on but cannont recall their name? I suspect there has to be a file of some sort that is tracking this information, otherwise how would it know to play or not play that artist?

Thanks for your help.

p.s.

The back button did not work.

ah, back in 2012, holy **bleep**!

don't you just love it when software is abandoned

same problem as mots people here.

so sad to discover this has been asked for over 4 years and they simply ignore it...

terrible...

So there's no way of undoing this? Oh spotify shame on you...

I quit. No longer a subscriber. See ya!

How can this still be a thing?
Just did it by mistake for the first time. What a pity, I really love the song I just disliked by mistake.

**bleep**? I just did this, then hit some other button and it sad 'We'll never play any Fugees music for you ever again'. DANG - I LIKE THE FUGEES! huh? Stupid Spotify - this sucks!

I've done this a few times recently (both ups and downs). How is it that I can't undo this? Please fix - this is a very annoying issue to an otherwise great and valued functionality. But as it stands, one mistake click can be highly frustrating.

Same issue here, please make the thumbs down list available and editable!

Please allow users to see a list of thumbed up and down songs. I have just accidentally "disliked" one track and need to bring it back badly.

Thanks

Please Spotify.  Four years.  FOUR YEARS.  I want to love you, let me love you.

I'm replying because I have the same problem, and it seems I'm not the only one.

HELLO SPOTIFY CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Dang it spotify! I just heard a freakin great song on the radio station playlist, and I went to save it and accidentally hit the thumbs down and I lost it!! It was such a good song! And now I'll never find it again.... :'( You guys suck at bringing updates people want.

Bump. Please fix this. It's been 5 years.

Wow. Other than replying with generic platitudes about "looking into it" I doubt Spotify has lifted a finger on this issue. And it's a pity, since it can't be a huge fix. It doesn't require a redesign of the software and it's not adding a completly new feature, it only allows for the modification of an existing feature. In my case I accidentally up thumbed a song featuring Justin Bieber, a singer I won't listen to on general principles.

Spotify, you are angering and alienating your core customers. This thread is many pages long and has been going on for more than 4 years. It surely represents a low-hanging fruit for you - it should be relatively easy to fix and it should remove a reasonable customer complaint. Apple Music, Tidal, Google Play Music and others offer services very similar to Spotify and are only a few clicks away. Remember MySpace?

Someone should tweet at their CEO, their forum team doesn't give a **bleep**.

This is seriously such a small fix that would make a huge impact. They won't give any information as to why they won't do it either. Seriously, Spotify. Please fix this. An issue that's 5 years old shouldn't still be a problem. What the **bleep** is the dev team doing?

So, I am extremely glad that my sarcastic reply sparked such a huge amount
of community response.

However, Spotify: I HAVE NOT USED YOUR SERVICE SINCE I FIRST FOUND THIS
PROBLEM!!!! This means, that I have not viewed or heard ads (no ad revenue
from me), and I have not had the desire to try a paid subscription.

Something else to consider, Spotify: Amazon just launched Amazon Music
Unlimited. For users of Echo it's only $4 per month. They have issues of
their own, but they seem to respond to complaints faster and they seem to
come up with fixes to problems of the user interface (which this is) within
a few weeks at the most.

I am not suggesting to anyone to use Amazon, in fact I don't pay Amazon for
subscriptions because I used to work there (as a systems engineer and
software developer), and I will never pay them my money again. _insert
funny story here_

Point being, Spotify: You have a SERIOUS opportunity here! But, as Jeff
Bezos said with his company "If you lose the customer trust, you basically
lose that customer's trust forever. You cannot win it back." This is why
Amazon focuses on Security so much. They have NEVER had a security breach
(that I can find). Spotify, you have lost a growing number of your
communities trust by leaving these types of really simple fixes to continue
to be a bug or problem for YEARS.

This doesn't fly. There are dozens of music streaming services for both
less money and more money (and some are free). Why should we stay with
Spotify if you refuse to fix bugs in your system?

One of us, the listeners that have read and even responded to this thread,
will likely end up starting their own music streaming service, and will
actually listen to and respond to their customers. Which one of us will do
that just because we're angry about how horribly we are being neglected
here?

Quinn Norton is right, everything is broken. That gives the rest of us an
opportunity to fix things, and profit from it.

Are you listening?

Well I tweeted him but he probably doesn't give a bleep either cause he's busy tweeting Obama.

Well, I tried. spotify.JPG

WOW. How can this be an issue still.. This is such a simple task. I'm blown away by this stupid issue!!
