Can't make playlist Available offline

When I move the switch to '1' to make the playlist available offline on my iPhone 4S (ios 6.1.2) the switch moves itself back to '0' and I can't get the tracks synced for offline use, please help?

Have you tried reinstalling? Or using the task manager to restart the app?

This might be a playlist issue guys. 

Can you try using the desktop client, creating a new playlist then copying and pasting all of the tracks from the current playlist into the new one and then trying to sync that new one for offline usage on your device?
