How to Solve Denial of Access to Premium Account While Travelling

 

I have been using spotify premium for more than 7 months on my iPhone and iPad. I have always been able to use the account when I travel. However, I cannot access the account from both devices just now with the pop up "Login failed: You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days".

 

I have checked my account status already. It's still a premium account.

There is currently a problem that is causing some people to have free even though they have premium.
