Offline Mode Not Available : Premium Account Several Months Old

Hello,

Today my phone downloaded an update for Spotify. I have had a Premium Spotify Account for several months. I have several thousand songs downloaded to my device. Suddenly, my device is no longer recognized as an offline device and I cannot access my offline music. What the heck kind of update is that?

Performing a soft reset is pretty simple

1. Just press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. You can let go of both buttons after the Apple logo appears.
2. Your phone will go through the usual process of starting up.
3. You’ll be back in your home screen.

Try to get back on Spotify and see how it goes.
