iPhone unable to scrobble tracks to last.fm since latest update.

I never had a problem with spotify scrobbling tracks to my last.fm account until last week. I'm guessing it has something to do with the latest update, but I'm not sure. Spotify is still scrobbling perfectly from my desktop.

I'm using an iPhone 6 and have double-checked the app settings for spotify and my social settings within spotify.

I'd be super grateful for any assistance. (I'm a big scrobblehead.)

My iphone 6 isn't scrobbling either... Its on online mode and I checked the social settings and my last.fm account is connected.

I've had the same problem for weeks, the issue for me was that i was playing from a playlist that was available offline, therefore did’nt Spotify scrobble to last.fm
