Explanation for why content isn't available

Sometimes songs, albums etc. become unavailable suddenly. It would be beneficial to understand why they have become unavailable and whether they will become available again or not so a brief statement would be a great addition to unavailable items.

Spotify wants all the world’s music and podcasts available, but availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

This is an individual request for restoration of a song that was previously available on Spotify but it got greyed out (disabled) a few months ago and now it's removed (I had kept it in my Liked Songs). The song name is "Nandalal Debdulal" original by Swapan Basu. Request you to restore the song on Spotify, if possible.
