Catering to the audiophiles and the resurfacing of Vinyl: a brand new look of spotify. Spotify right now is a very clean application and its just its own entity- the sleek digital audio/video player with genius - but to me it just lacks that ultimate characteristic... the full recognition of Vinyl collection.
I was thinking to add a design overhaul to the app and have spotify-company deals where if their artist's were to release any new additions on vinyl, there would be a code in the sleeve that when scanned would give a new design to the in-app cover/ record and even more digital content (for example: behind the scenes videos, unreleased songs, merchandise, or even a couple weeks of free premium!).
For the design overhaul i will detail it but in general it would be more of a vinyl-focused experience (this whole design update would be optional, you could choose between either 'spotify' or 'spotify classics').
For the startup screen- the spotify logo - would have a wipe animation, spotify to a record with the spotify logo etched into it ( sort of like the logo combined with the grooves of the record itself) and if the user has premium, the record would be gold.
Mostly for the main and sub menus they would mostly stay the same with a few exceptions for the Library and song play.
In the library, the user would be able to choose how they would have their tabs set up, and even the option to shuffle playlist (the ultimate shuffle taboo huh?) And thats just adding to the freedom of what the user can do.). There will also be a new sub menu called "special" where any extra digital content from purchased vinyls (or any other supported product) would be stored there.
For when the song/album is being played there would be an animation where the record would come out of the album cover and slide over pushing the cover behind and cleanly have the needle be put on the actual grooves of where the song would start in that album (all would be similar to spotify's minimal-vector graphic design); or if it were a single, the song would be played on a smaller but zoomed in record; and whenever a track needs to be skipped it could be done manually or by using the needle.

Hey there @TheNEW-yt,
Thank you for submitting this idea, we'll just need a bit more info to understand it first in order to give it the right status.
To make sure we're on the same page, could you give us some additional details on whether this would be simply a new app look with the features you mentioned, or if it would be a new subscription type that would influence the changes in the app's look?
Further, you tagged your idea as one for the Mobile app. It'd be helpful if you could confirm how this would affect the app in other platforms, if at all.
Any additional details to better help us understand how your idea would be implemented would be very helpful!
We'll be keeping an eye out for your reply, thanks!
