This isn't a one-time occurrence, but has happened multiple times where I hear explicit lyrics in a song not marked explicit.
I don't think it should be an auto-marking due to possible abuse, but there is no option to challenge a decision made by the publisher of music/Spotify through their app regarding explicit rating. There needs to be a mechanism allowing users to challenge the decision.
If I'm playing music and am in a mixed audience, I in no way want to blare "F***" through the speakers. Why not let the consumer help and in doing so help give customers (kids included) more control over what they'd like played?

Hey @michael_ealy
You can report explicit content through the mobile app. For more information, check this post:

Hope it helps.
