Idea: "[All Platforms] Music videos"

Artists record a video to go with their music / you could upload the music videos that already exist!
I really want to watch them on Spotify while listening.

At Apple Music I can choose between listening to the music, or watching their video.

We're happy to announce that music videos are now available in select markets on mobile and desktop!

Option? There was no option. The stupid video just showed up. I'm paying premium for music. Annoying.

So they are only exposing it to some users? When and where was the enabling of this feature announced?

Note that with the groove music video option they would automatically select live performance video of song over production studio created version if it existed.

It's weird. Muse Contagion showed up as a video on the generated playlist, but it's also available as audio when I search for it.  I guess I'm part of the secret beta program?

Please add a music video option . It would bring in many more premium users.

That will be up to Spotify, live I have said before when this is was
approached as to having Music with video, Spotify stated then that they have
no plans to do like Groove did. I have nothing more to say. When another
program comes with this feature I will check it out and might change
depending on the video route the program takes.



End of this matter, until one comes along. Let Spotify know what you want
and go with it from there.

I'm extremely surprised that this hasn't been taken up in YEARS!!! As it was only on the UK news the other day, that ALL streaming sites charge the same for all the same music content!! I'd happily start paying the £10 a month if Spotify gave you the VIDEOS to the music being played!!! It's only time before one of the streaming companies picks up on the potential to 'Take-Over' the entire market, by using this idea!!

I think you should revisit this, as it would be great to have a music video playlist to show on the TV during a party.
