Customization of playlists (cover and description box)

Hello, Spotify Community! 

One of the things I enjoy about Spotify, is that I get to share music I enjoy, with people all around the world. But how great would it be if it was possible to customize your playlists, to make it your very own. And it doesn't necessary need a lot of advanced or fancy stuff, just your picture of choice for the cover (instead of 4 album covers from your tracklist) and a description box, would be enough to make it kind of original (and make it easier for people to know what kind of music the playlist will include/what it's made for etc.).

It seems as though this feature isn't out on the mobile app, but if you have spotify downloaded onto your comcupter (not the web player) you can change the cover photo and description of the playlists which you will be able to see on your mobile app.... you can also move the order of your playlists and put them in folders, which is so neat and helpful

I try to change my playlist image but it says that it needs to be 300x300 minumum but when i download images the right size it still says it doesnt fit the right size

Let the user decide which 4 album covers from songs inside the playlist should be the avatar for the playlist, or maybe just one.

I feel sorry about this. I mean, is there a beta version where I could test this kind of content? For example: change playlists cover?

When will this be in the Web-app version of Spotify?

I don't see this option in Spotify application for desktop computers or in my iPhone. How can I do it? So much talkie but I haven't read a step-to-step guide I can apply with my own playlists.

For example, this is one of my playlists and I would like to add a brief description and a related cover. I see some people have added this feature but it seems it's not available for everybody else.
