[Daily Mixes] Undo Dislikes in Daily Mix

I accidentally clicked the circle with a line through it icon and a song that I enjoy has been removed from my playlist.

The first time I hit the button, I wasnt sure what the message said. So I tried clicking it again so that the notification would reappear and I noticed that yet another good song was removed from the playlist. Then, I clicked the banner at the bottom of the screen, and now the artist is completely removed.

I think there should be an option to reset the "banned" songs and artists in the daily mix. Or even an notification should display the first time the button is pressed (for new users) to state what the button does and ask "are you sure?".

Hey folks,

Thanks for adding your vote to this idea.

There's now an undo popup when you click dislike on a song on Discover Weekly, Release Radar and Daily Mix.

Once you've clicked it, you'll get a message confirming that you've undone the dislike -

This happens on both Desktop and Mobile.

jpyke's excellent comment above is very much on point. How can we undo old blocks? If we can't get a list, perhaps Spotify could just clear all those bans done before the undo feture was added. Or automatically unban an artist if we play a song of theirs all the way through in full. Or something similar.

Please help!  This exact thing just happened to me. The Circle with the diagonal line through it is what I unknowingly pressed and now the Song that “I LIKE” is not in the Playlist anymore. I do not know the Name of the particular song. Is there a way to undo what I did or possibly reset the Playlist so that the Song appears again? There should be someplace in the list to easily find songs that were removed so that they can be put back.  Any help by someone is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Its 2019 and we still can't replace songs we've accidently removed in the past? I'm a software designer and to know how simple this problem is, and see the lack of competency to address a simple problem they've had for 4 YEARS is really disappointing. **bleep** poor customer service Spotify. Quite frankly I'm sick of waiting for idiots to do their job, I'm going back to Apple Music. At least their application isn**bleep**.

Yeh, already beat you back to Apple Music, but still having a few frustrations here too. Their recommendations keep pushing playlists for the ‘hot young stars’ of today. Hello? I’ve been listening to my music in iTunes for like ten years?

Same here and very frustrated to see how old this thread is.

as a software engineer, I don't understand why is this so hard that took years still no result to handle any past blocked music.

how come a such destruction and unrecoverable behavior is a button that could be pressed accidentally with no confirmation and no undo button?

why make this so hard to undo a blocked song?

to implement the blocking, you HAVE TO save the blocked songs somewhere, just gave us the interface to manage it.

haven't read all the 36 pages of comments, but it seems to me that here is a solution: I let spotify show the whole list of songs of the "release radar" or whatever. The disliked songs and artists are still there, but grey. I click the "-" again and it's undone
