[Podcasts] Automatically save offline new Podcasts and remove completed Podcasts

Yes please. This is how EVERY podcast app works. It is a table-stakes must-have feature for me to even consider using Spotify for podcasts.

I wanted to switch to Spotify for Podcasts, which I mainly listen to in the car, but without this feature I probably won't.

Was just told that Spotify had updated its Podcast feature and that i should check it out. The very first thing i noticed was that it doesnt seem possible to get the app to auto-download (for offline playing) new podcasts eps, and the auto remove once played. 

That is something the itunes podcast is able to do. So for the moment ill be staying with that.

This is frustrating news. In Germany, there are a lot of places with bad cell phone service, meaning that I often can't start listening to podcasts until I drive somewhere with better service. This means that I have to not only remember about the podcasts, but also pull over or risk using my phone while driving to play them. Additionally, the Android Auto interface doesn't seem to make it possible to pull up the podcasts that I follow.

This should be considered a basic feature of an app that enables listening to podcasts and surely can't be too much development work considering you can already download music.

Please implement this Spotify. I'd love to use just the one service for music and podcasts instead of two.

This is just unbelievable to me. This is the bare minimum required if you want to have any type of podcasting app that isn't laughable. Especially with Spotify acquiring Gimlet you would think they'd put some effort into the features absolutely required of any podcasting app, let alone create some new, good features.

This feature has to be compulsory for anyone dealing with podcasts.

If you are a Londoner which regularly takes the tube you will not understand how important this feature is until you started a journey and you can't listen to your fav. podcasts.

This feature is essential for any podcast app.  Spotify is unusable for regular podcast listening.
