[Web Player][Other] Add option to Change profile picture on spotify browser (open.spotify.com)

I have seen you can change your Spotify profile picture on downloaded clients like desktop and mobile but not on the browser edition. I just want to post this idea because I have not seen anyone else mention it. I will appreciate it if this gets implemented for the browser version.

Itz_DarkTrax I believe this is a great idea because I hardly see enough GUI and UI support for us Spotify Web Player users.
