Add Music Video Playback on Apple TV

Dear Spotify Team, I would like to request the addition of music video playback on Apple TV. While other services like YouTube Music, Apple Music, and Tidal already offer this feature, Spotify currently lacks the ability to play music videos on Apple TV devices.

Music videos are an important part of the music experience for many users, and integrating this feature on Apple TV would enhance the overall listening experience. It would be great to have the option to enjoy both audio and visual content directly from Spotify, similar to how other music streaming platforms already offer it.

Crazy how this feature is not already on my £169 Apple 4K TV Box, Ethernet 128gb model.

I didnt have to ask for them to work on my Firesticks, my computers or my phones.. but my Apple TV 4K Box, 

Here I am... having to ask. Should aleady be there !!

Android Tv already have and have had for a long time. How come that your Apple TV version lacks this feature?

Amazon Firestick supports video playback in the Spotify app. Apple 4K TV does not support video playback at present. Please fix this so there is parity across Spotify apps and a consistent user experience.

Please add this soon Spotify! I’m watching my podcasts on YouTube currently. I already have YouTube premium, and with a free year of Apple Music I’m not sure why I’m still paying for Spotify with this key feature missing.

Indeed the other thread linked by DStructUK has music videos on Apple TV marked as implemented. This was either untrue or it's a feature that has been removed in an update to a newer tvOS platform. Either way needs to be sorted, it's a visual platform. It works on my phone where I never want music videos. It doesn't work on my premium streaming box where I do want music videos. Fix it please,  if Spotify don't care about users on rarer devices, I'll have to move to another streaming platform

Upon further inspection, that 2020 post eventually seen to in 2021 was talking about podcast video. That just makes it even more insane that they don't support music video playback because clearly there isn't a technical hurdle at all to playing video on Apple TV.
