Add ethical controls and ad disclosures for hypnosis/sleep podcasts

Some podcasts on Spotify are designed to guide listeners into sleep or a hypnotic state. However, ads sometimes play immediately after, even when using Spotify Premium service, as the ads are embedded into the track playing as opposed to an add on. These ads automatically play when the user is unconscious or highly suggestible, raising serious ethical concerns.

I suggest Spotify:

- Add a clear disclosure if embedded ads are present in hypnosis or deep sleep content.

- Let creators opt out of post-sleep ads or mark their episodes as “no auto-play after sleep.”
- Audit sleep/hypnosis episodes to ensure no inappropriate or manipulative content is embedded in these vulnerable states.

Listeners deserve transparency and ethical safeguards for content that affects the subconscious.

this sound quite malicious, spotify should not allow any adds when a person is in such a state.
