Add the music video feature for all Premium users

It’s been nearly a year since the music video feature was introduced, yet many users still don’t have access, including those in the original 11 launch countries like the UK. At this point, it’s hard to consider this just “temporary testing” or a “beta” phase when it seems more like a permanent rollout for only a select group. Given that all premium users pay the same price, it’s only fair that we receive the same features. It’s time for more transparency and equal access.

I have a family account with my wife. She has the video playback working but I don’t 

can’t be regional because we live together and both use iPhones updated to latest softwares 

i see the video under the track in listings but no switch to video button. 

wonder what the fix is. 

funny thing she couldn’t care less about the feature but I want to use it

Music videos aren't showing even though it's available in israel and I have audio only stream turned off and it's fully updated so I dont know what to do

Honestly this must be an account bug. Very strange how my whole family has it yet I don't. Also funny how in their daily's they have podcasts and music combined and for me podcasts have been missing for months

Hi! So like what you said, "it is in selected countries" that is true but I live in the Philippines and it is part of the selected country yet I dont have the music video feature. Why? Someone please help:(

My Question or Issue

I have a premium account, and everyone I know in Ireland with a premium account has videos on Spotify, so I am certain this function is available here.

I have checked and the Spotify app on my phone is updated, so I am wondering why I don't have this function yet, given that it was announced months ago in Europe and the people in my circle have had it for a while now.

Maybe it's also worth mentioning that I sometimes get "singles" that are actually music videos (I can tell because the single cover is the MV thumbnail) recommended despite not being able to see them. So I would like to know if something is wrong with my account.

Still waiting for this. I received the email saying I should have it. Spoke to your team members which say I need a new account. Tried making second account and transferred everything over and features worked but wrapped playlists never transferred and decade playlist was completely different. So transferred back to the original account. Just fix the problem. It seems to be a big issue that multiple people are having. Shouldn’t have to pay the same premium price without all the premium features. Your team member can’t even add the feature remotely and can’t even tell me if I have the feature. Other problems are Spotify wrapped was just pictures and didn’t play the video and shuffle on a playlist of over 1000 songs always plays the same few songs. I don’t know but it loves rudimental.

I have Weekend Performance does not show video only audio from the performance, I have this on all devices (region nigeria)
